Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CIANARA. We are based in Dubai, UAE, and are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates and select countries across the Middle East.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will be processed on the following Sunday.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Within UAE (Dubai & other Emirates): 2–4 business days
GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 4–7 business days
Other Middle East countries: 7–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery via our courier partner's website.

6. Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the UAE, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notification. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
