Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day

3. Delivery Time

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
  • Other Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): 3–5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or high demand periods

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: AED 20–30 (depending on location)
  • Free Shipping: On orders above AED 200
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a small COD fee of AED 10

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at meet.jabedshihav@gmail.com. You can use this to track your delivery.

6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability:

  • The courier will make up to 2 attempts
  • After failed attempts, the order may be returned to us
  • Re-delivery charges may apply

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date: 📧 Email: meet.jabedshihav@gmail.com

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order

١. وجهة الشحن نشحن حالياً داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.

٢. وقت المعالجة

  • تُعالج الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع
  • الطلبات المقدمة في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية في الإمارات ستُعالج في يوم العمل التالي

٣. وقت التسليم

  • دبي وأبوظبي: 2–4 أيام عمل
  • الإمارات الأخرى (الشارقة، عجمان، رأس الخيمة، الفجيرة، أم القيوين): 3–5 أيام عمل
  • مواعيد التسليم تقديرية وقد تتفاوت بسبب تأخيرات شركات الشحن أو فترات الطلب المرتفع

٤. رسوم الشحن

  • الشحن العادي: 20–30 درهم إماراتي (حسب الموقع)
  • شحن مجاني: للطلبات التي تتجاوز 200 درهم إماراتي
  • الدفع عند الاستلام (COD): متاح برسوم إضافية بسيطة 10 درهم

٥. تتبع الطلب بعد شحن طلبكم، ستتلقون رقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني. يمكنكم استخدامه لمتابعة التوصيل.

٦. حالات الفشل في التسليم إذا فشلت محاولة التسليم بسبب عنوان خاطئ أو عدم التواجد:

  • سيقوم المندوب بـ محاولتين على الأكثر
  • بعد الفشل، قد يُعاد الطلب إلينا
  • قد تُطبق رسوم إعادة التوصيل

٧. الشحنات التالفة أو المفقودة إذا وصل طلبكم تالفاً أو فُقد أثناء الشحن، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ التسليم المتوقع: 📧 البريد الإلكتروني: meet.jabedshihav@gmail.com

سنقوم بالتحقيق وترتيب بديل أو استرداد المبلغ.
